Luke really wishes I would stop taking pictures of him eating, see his face? But the paella was SO GOOD and it had crunchy rice at the bottom and I loved it and must remember it forever (still not as good as Mic and Shosh’s paella though!)

the crunchy rice is called socarrat 🙂 It is a matter of Spanish pride to cook a paella with socarrat!
