One thing we’ve noticed about Soviet, or Soviet-inspired, mega-buildings is that people often try to use paint to make them less ugly. If you’ve just gota big concrete rectangle to work with, architecturally, this is a nice cost-effective way to make it slightly less blrghh, we think.
